You can easily attach a jpeg file to share proofs with customers via a mobile device. The organized contact list makes it a breeze to add new names and info. We get way quicker responses from customers and prospects when we reach out on their mobile devices. EZ Texting has been the best investment for speedy communication with clients who are out of the office. Our success rate for closing prospective orders has tripled!

"Absolutely Thrilled!"
I run a service business that goes to tons of homes every week. Before we started using eztexting, we would send emails to our customers the day before our visit, but a lot of them would 'forget' or just didn’t see the emails. If they forgot, we had to skip them and then set up a new appointment. Some days, we were skipping as many as 20%. Now, with eztexting, skipping is pretty rare. And if they do forget, they can just shoot us a text to reschedule, saving us time and cash on unnecessary trips. Skips can really add up, so this service is totally worth it. I couldn't be more satisfied!

As of February 14, 2020, EZ Texting lacks a mobile application, but they do provide a Send-From-Phone option that lets folks shoot a text to their subscribers without needing to log into their EZ Texting account. Sending messages is top-notch whether you're using a mobile device or a desktop browser. They support SMS messages over 160 characters, offer detailed reports, and allow for personalized texts. Plus, there's a handy voice messaging feature included. Just a heads up, they don’t have multi-user login options.

"Multiple Charges After Subscription Cancellation"
After I canceled my subscription, I ended up getting charged for two months. I had to make a call to get my money back. To make matters worse, I wasn't informed that I would still be billed $25 monthly for a keyword I haven't touched in half a year, even after reaching out to customer support twice for refunds on my canceled account. Plus, there's no app to go along with this service, and honestly, your prices don't stack up against similar services like simpletexting.com.

"Mastering the Art of Marketing"
This company really knows how to market themselves, and they showcase only the positive feedback. If you dig a bit deeper on Google, you'll find plenty of negative reviews. Their customer service? Absolutely terrible. Navigating their website is a pain, and reaching out for assistance feels pointless. They'll take your list, and none of your messages will go out. If I could, I'd give them a negative star. They don't even deserve a single star. This is just a really awful company.
